NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company will be held on Friday, 29th July 2011 at 11.00 a.m. at Kala Mandir, 48 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-700017.

Notice pursuant to Section 154 of the Companies Act, 1956 is also given that the Register of Members and Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from 21st July 2011 to 29th July 2011 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the Annual General Meeting and payment of dividend.

Notice of the Meeting setting out the businesses to be transacted thereat together with the Balance Sheet as at 31st March 2011, Profit and Loss Account for the year ended on that date, including the Schedules thereto, Auditors Report and Directors Report have been sent to the Members to their registered address by post. The aforesaid documents have been sent electronically to those Members who have registered their e-mail addresses.

Members are hereby informed that the Notice of the Meeting and the aforesaid Documents are available on the Companys website mcleodrusselindia.com and are also available for inspection at the Registered Office of the Company during office hours.
